Hi, I’m Caitlin

Caitlin Jee Hae Behle is a storyteller, facilitator, and producer in Cincinnati, Ohio.
With 15+ years in community impact work, I help people create meaningful stories, campaigns, and strategies rooted in their goals and values.
Whether I’m producing or facilitating, I take the same approach: shining a light on the strengths in the room, and connecting the dots between places, communities, and systems. As a frequent public speaker and presenter, I also speak often about the intersections of community, identity, and leadership, drawing from my perspective as a Korean adoptee and community builder.
Previously, I was a senior strategist at a national nonprofit consulting firm where I specialized in community-based research and engagement.
Outside of the stuff that pays the bills, I’m building the world I want to see as an auntie, a neighbor, and a mentor for early career Asian American creatives.
